Terms, Conditions and Agreement between Purchaser and Applied Legal Inc.

1. As a purchaser of materials from Applied legal, Inc. I acknowledge that Applied Legal, Inc. is a consolidator and marketer of media materials only. I understand that these media materials (“Materials”) may include videos, writings, graphic representations and other materials which are created by individuals other than Applied Legal, Inc. I agree that the individual persons who appear in the Materials presented are solely responsible for the contents of the Materials presented.
2. As partial consideration for the purchase of these Applied Legal, Inc. materials I agree that I shall forever release, acquit and discharge Applied Legal, Inc. and its principals, officers, shareholders, employees and successors-in-interest, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or other losses arising out of or in connection with the purchase of these Materials.
3. I agree that this release includes all claims of every kind and nature, past, present and future, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, related to or arising out of the purchase of the Materials. I hereby expressly waive any and all rights or claims under Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides:
   “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”
4. Should any portion of this Agreement be declared or determined by any court to be illegal or invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected, and the illegal or invalid provision shall be deemed not to be a part of the Agreement.
5. I agree that this Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties. This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement, signed by all Parties.
6. I acknowledge and agree that I have been afforded a reasonable period of time to review this Agreement by legal counsel of my choice, that I have read and understand this Agreement, that they I am fully aware of the Agreement’s contents and of its legal effect, and that I enter into this Agreement voluntarily and without coercion.
7. I agree that no promise or inducement has been made by Applied Legal Inc. to enter into this Agreement, other than those set forth in this Agreement.
8. I agree that this Agreement constitutes a single integrated contract expressing the entire Agreement between the Parties pertaining to the subject matter contained in the Agreement.
9. I agree that the venue for any action brought under this Agreement shall be in the Sacramento County Superior Court.
